Henryk Siodmok jest doktorem nauk ekonomicznych, absolwentem Akademii Ekonomicznej w Krakowie na kierunku Ekonomia i Organizacja Handlu Zagranicznego oraz studiów MBA ISEAD w Fontainebleau. Pracę doktorską, dotyczącą zarządzania relacjami z klientami w organizacjach sieciowych, obronił w SGH w 2004 r. Henryk Siodmok jest ekspertem Centrum im. Adama Smith’a, współautorem i autorem publikacji ekonomicznych, w szczególności z zakresu przedsiębiorczości, kwestii reform podatkowych i wspólnych obszarów walutowych.
